Child Safety Standards

Our commitment to a safe community and our zero-tolerance stance on child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Our Commitment

TuneFirst has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our community safe and to complying with all applicable child-safety laws in the regions where TuneFirst is available. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform.

An Adults-Only Platform

TuneFirst is intended for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts we identify as belonging to minors are removed.

Strictly Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on TuneFirst and result in immediate removal and account termination, and where required, reporting to the relevant authorities:

  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor (CSAE / CSAM).
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual conduct.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material.
  • Trafficking, sextortion, or any sexual exploitation of a minor.

How We Prevent & Detect Abuse

  • An age requirement (18+) and removal of accounts found to belong to minors.
  • In-app tools to report and block any user or piece of content.
  • A moderation queue where our team reviews reports and can remove content and suspend or terminate offending accounts.
  • Community guidelines that prohibit harmful and exploitative behavior.

How to Report CSAE

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a child, report it immediately:

  • In the app: use the Report option available on every profile, message, and piece of content, and block the user.
  • By email: contact our child-safety team at support@tunefirst.com.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

How We Respond

We review reports of CSAE promptly and aim to act within 24 hours. When we confirm a violation we remove the content, terminate the responsible account, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by law.

Legal Compliance

TuneFirst complies with applicable child-safety and CSAE laws in the jurisdictions where the app is available, and cooperates with law enforcement and child-protection organizations in investigations of child exploitation.
